Abstract:
This report is the latest of a series of annual research papers on the California Innovation and Alternative Instructional Delivery Program. It presents data from Innovation Program applications, TOPSPro, and statewide CASAS reading and listening tests. Data covers distance learning program characteristics, learner characteristics, and learning programs and outcomes using several measures. For the first time, the report is able to compare and contrast key outcome data between classroom, distance learning only, and blended learning.
