The titles in this series focus on the different Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality tools that can be used in and for education. These are relatively new and ever-changing technologies. This series will be updated as the apps, tools, and topics change and special requests can be made for inservice sessions.

ChatGPT in AE - one of several large language models (LLM) ChatGPT uses generative AI. Attendees will gain an understanding of ChatGPT's capabilities, applications, and potential to enhance classroom lessons, workflows, creative endeavors, and problem-solving skills. available to schedule as its own series. Topics may include but are not limited to: prompt engineering, creative content generation, and ethical uses of AI by a teacher and student.

Using AI in the Adult Education - designed for school staff and educators of adults who are curious to understand and discuss the power of artificial intelligence (AI) in the adult education classroom. As technology continues to enhance the education landscape, educators need to explore and learn AI concepts as well as how to use AI safely in their own instructional practices.

Using AR in Adult Education - explore the world of Augmented Reality (AR) in this educator-focused PD session. Apps that may be covered may include but are not limited to: Catchy, Merge Cube Explorer, GettysburgAR, and Virtuali-tee.

Prerequisites

All participants must have basic computer skills and a valid email address.
Additional requirements may apply depending on the topics requested for the session.
