Boost Online Class Engagement with HippoCampus

During this webinar the focus was on free multimedia resources available through HippoCampus for Adult Educators: what is available in a variety of content areas (emphasis on math and English), considerations for the use of different “collections” at HippoCampus, and how to create Playlists of CCRS-aligned videos and other content. Examples of how multimedia learning objects might be integrated into daily or weekly lessons to increase the level of student engagement were provided. They also discussed how different types of media (video, animation, simulations, etc.) could give learners the opportunity to find the approach that best supports their own learning style.
