TDLS 2023 - Spotlight on Simultaneous Instruction

The pandemic forced most institutions into 100% online instruction. Now, however, many courses are in-person only. But many institutions are trying to leverage the benefits of online instruction for their in-person courses. In this workshop, find out what’s working at North Valley Occupational Center as teachers experiment with Simultaneous Instruction. Hear from students as they describe why having the flexibility to attend class either in-person or online is beneficial. Learn about technology options and how very low-cost technology is working out for the instructors teaching in a "Simultaneous" setting.
