This webinar recording presents RACHEL, Remote Access Community Hotspot for Education and Learning, to adult educators who want to keep learners in a remote setting connected. RACHEL is a small wireless hotspot device loaded up with open educational resources to keep learners on track. This webinar reviews how the RACHEL device works, what options there are to keep learners engaged, and how you can customize devices for different program areas. RACHEL even has a special edition just for correctional institutions.
