Abstract:
This paper summarizing a research project was presented at the Annual Meeting of the America Educational Research Association, Chicago, 1985. The objective of the research project was to develop and implement a competency-based adult basic education assessment system for the developmentally disabled. Included are the theoretical framework, method, data source, results, conclusions, and references.
