Abstract:
This brief addresses the measures of 2003-2004 WIA Title II program success in California and describes provider types. It then summarizes four sets of findings from local agency responses to the 2003-2004 Survey of WIA Title II Programs in California. Nine recommendations to the California Department of Education are listed in the areas of data, program management, program resources, research, dissemination, and collaboration.
