Abstract:
Seven California agencies were funded in 1989 to provide educational services to 100 homeless adults under the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Act, Public Law 100-77. Each project assessed individuals for basic skills using the Employability Competency System (ECS) Appraisal. The report is based on data gathered between January 1, 1989 and June 30, 1989. Included is demographic information, test score data, and goal attainment results.
