Abstract:
Outcomes of a multi-year initiative involving three adult learner persistence-related endeavors are presented in this document. A web site, a field-based research initiative (FBRI), and, site-based study circles were developed to provide support and guidance, based on current research findings, to California adult educators. These efforts constitute the Adult Learner Persistence Project, a part of the California Research-to-Practice Initiative.
