Abstract:
This is the executive summary of a report of a research study of case studies of 18 different workplace education programs operated by small companies. Included are general descriptions of the programs, reasons companies participate, a flow chart of the steps in program implementation, turnover issues, program costs, indicators of success, and recommendations.
