Developed for the August 20, 2007 meeting of the National Commission on Adult Literacy, this policy brief examines current workplace education programs in 20 states, including California, describing program funding; "connections, partnerships, and/or strategic plans implemented by workplace education programs; how states measure outcomes or determine success;...[and] challenges or barriers faced by the states", among other issues.
