On Wednesday, June 8 at 9:00am, Alisa Takeuchi will present Creating and Using Bitmojis for the Classroom. In this Part 1 session, participants will be introduced to Bitmoji, how to create an account, ways to use Bitmoji as part of classroom lessons, and how to install the Bitmoji Chrome extension to their Google account. On Wednesday, June 8 at 10:00am, Penny Pearson will present California Case Studies of New Readers Press Digital Learning Tools. Learn about the key results of two program pilots for digital learning solutions available from New Readers Press. On Thursday, June 9 at 9:00am, Alisa Takeuchi will present Creating a Virtual Classroom using Bitmoji. In this Part 2 session, this session will include steps on how to create a virtual classroom using Google Slides. On Friday, June 10 at 1:00pm, Yescenia Delgado will present the June OTAN Tech Talk, Best Practices for Teaching Online. Participants will explore what makes a great online education experience. You can sign up for this webinar at the California Adult Education Training Calendar.
